The skin around the eyes is up to ten times thinner than the rest of the facial skin.
A growing number of technical innovations in minimally invasive aesthetic dermatology are gaining ground. Today we can offer our patients maximum results at minimum risk and discomfort. The experts at HAUT- UND LASERZENTRUM AN DER OPER have been pioneers in medical aesthetic wrinkle treatment assisted by state-of-the-art laser technology for more than 20 years.
This innovative laser enables a shallow but highly effective laser peeling. The benefits of this treatment compared with other laser methods are short treatment duration and a quick healing process. Depending on the extent of the changes to the skin, one to five sessions are required with an interval of four to eight weeks. The treatment is carried out using local anesthesia. The skin is slightly reddish in color afterwards with some crusting. You should expect a recovery time of five to seven days. The final result will be visible around three to four months after treatment.
Areas of application: wrinkles, connective tissue problems, sun damage to the neck, cleavage and face and enlarged pores and comedones.
A special fractional mode of the CO2 laser and the Erbium:YAG laser removes the top layers of the skin and stimulates the skin’s collagen production, counteracting wrinkles on the face, neck, cleavage and back of the hands. An anesthetizing cream which is applied to the skin 30 minutes before the procedure ensures that the procedure is almost painless. Any crusting which occurs can be concealed with make-up on the day after the treatment. Crusting will disappear after five to seven days. Compared to CO2 lasers, laser peeling with Erbium:YAG is slightly less painful.
Areas of application: wrinkles on the face, neck and cleavage and back of hands.
The ST applicator of the eMax uses a combination of infrared light and bipolar radiofrequency current to stimulate the regeneration and formation of the body’s own collagen to tighten and smoothen the skin. High frequency radiation penetrates the top skin layers without damaging them and treats the deep tissue underneath. Wrinkles, large pores and scars can be gently treated without the need for local anesthesia. Initial effects are already visible after three to five sessions. This gentle procedure generally does not involve any side effects or recovery time.
Areas of application: wrinkles and loose facial skin, especially around the eyes.
The fractional bipolar high frequency technology is based on energy in the form of heat as opposed to laser or light. The heat is transported into the deeper layers of the skin and only damages the tissue to a minimal degree. This activates the skin’s self-healing process and improves its appearance and makes it look younger. Two to four sessions are usually required with an interval of four weeks to achieve clearly visible results. The duration of the treatment depends on the size of the area to be treated and lasts between 20 and 40 minutes. The recovery time after an eTwoTM treatment session is minimal: you can apply your normal make-up on the second day after treatment. On the third day after treatment, it will appear as if you have slight sun burn. This method is suitable for all skin types.
Areas of application: wrinkles, loss of elasticity of skin, scars and acne marks, stretch marks and structural unevenness and wrinkles on the back of the hands.
We recommend a more intensive laser treatment for pronounced lines, using a pixel laser or a fractional photothermolysis with the Ultrapuls laser. Tiny holes are made in the skin which creates a tightening effect, and this is already visible after the first session. The area of untreated skin around the small holes promotes and accelerates the healing process. After just a week, the minor crusting disappears and side effects such as prolonged reddishness or changes in pigmentation occur less frequently compared to conventional lasers. A recovery period of five to seven days must be expected.
Areas of application: pronounced wrinkles on the face, neck and cleavage.
Tattoos are much more than just body decorations in our society today. They often have a very special, in particular personal meaning and accentuate the person’s individuality. Unfortunately, the love for a tattoo does not always last a lifetime though. Rash youthful transgressions, a tattoo’s connection to a bad memory or simply a change in taste … complete tattoo removal is usually the goal then.
At the HAUT- UND LASERZENTRUM AN DER OPER in Munich we remove tattoos permanently using laser energy.
Men and women come to us with the desire to have permanently beautiful and smooth skin free from irritating stubble. We can permanently and effectively remove excessive or unwanted hair growth on the face and body with the help of laser epilation at the HAUT- UND LASERZENTRUM AN DER OPER.
According to various studies, pigment spots are among the most common skin changes that bother people as they can make a face look up to ten years older. More and more younger patients are also suffering from abnormally pigmented skin areas. We use the ruby laser at our practice for removal.
In our society tattoos are often more than just pure body decoration: they tell a story, are a memento or accentuate the person’s individuality. Unfortunately, the love for a tattoo does not always last a lifetime, though. We permanently remove tattoos at our practice using laser energy.
