Peels have been an integral part of aesthetic dermatology for a long time. In medical cosmetics, we apply them according to your individual skin type and the desired effect. A fruit acid peel for example will open up blocked pores, remove dead skin flakes and stimulate blood circulation. Chemical peels, such as TCA treatments or microdermabrasion, which activates the production of skin cells and reduces changes in pigmentation, wrinkles or large pores, are more intensive.

Fruit acid peel

For decades fruit acid peelings have been used in medical cosmetics for skin problems. These mainly consist of glycolic acid alpha-hydroxy-acid, also known as AHA.

JetPeel

In the JetPeel, a water-gas mixture from microscopically small nozzles is shot at supersonic speed onto the skin in order to gently and completely painlessly remove the upper skin layer.

Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is a relatively simple and almost painless way of rejuvenating the skin – without any side effects at all.

Phenol peel

A phenol peel is the strongest of all chemical peels and reaches the deep connective tissue through intense exfoliation of the skin. It is used for severe scars and wrinkles, pronounced pigmentation disorders, skin seriously damaged by light and for certain pre-stages of skin cancer.

TCA peel

The abbreviation TCA stands for trichloroacetic acids, which, depending on their efficiency, cause a superficial to medium-deep peeling of the skin. In the form of a peeling, mainly wrinkles and age spots on the face, neck, décolleté, arms, back and hands are removed.
