At HAUT- UND LASERZENTRUM AN DER OPER, we expose the scalp to LED light with wavelengths ranging from 645 to 850 nanometers in a completely painless procedure over several sessions. The light is absorbed by the mitochondria of the hair follicles. This process stimulates energy production in the hair cells, which in turn extends the hair’s growth phase, meaning it does not fall out as quickly. Infrared light treatment, especially when combined with mesotherapy, achieves excellent results. An energy mixture for the hair, comprising blood circulation- and growth-enhancing active ingredients and vitamins, is injected into the scalp via injection pistol with an extremely fine needle. The effect is generally visible after around three months. We recommend weekly sessions over a period of two to three months at the beginning of treatment followed by one to two sessions per month.
